Fault Description:
The maximum rotational speed of the engine is limited to the speed parameter value when the engine has no VSS. Cruise control, gear protection, and road speedke + H53overnor will not work.

The vehicle speed sensor circuit has detected tamper-anomaly rate changes. The signal indicates the connection or tampering of an intermittent VSS.
