Our Services — How We Get Used Equipment to Your Job Site
FairTrade Machinery is a full-service used heavy equipment exporter based in China. We manage the entire buying process from sourcing and inspection through to container loading, customs documentation, and ocean freight delivery. Whether you're purchasing a single used excavator, a second-hand wheel loader, or a fleet of used cranes, every order follows the same transparent, structured workflow designed to protect your investment and save you time.
We serve contractors, equipment dealers, rental fleet operators, and government procurement teams in over 50 countries — with particular depth in Indonesia, the Middle East, South America, and East Africa.

How We Source Your Equipment
When you submit a sourcing request, here is what happens. First, we match your specifications — brand, model, tonnage, maximum working hours, and budget — against our live inventory and trusted supplier network. Within one business day, we present you with available units that meet your criteria, complete with photos, specifications, and transparent pricing. We source from all major equipment categories.
- Our excavator inventory spans: Japanese brands like Komatsu, Hitachi, and Kobelco alongside American icons like Caterpillar and Korean manufacturers like Doosan and Hyundai.
- Our loader stock covers: XCMG, Lonking, LiuGong, and SDLG.
- Our crane listings include: truck cranes from XCMG, Sany, and Zoomlion in capacities from 25 to 120 tons. Because we source directly — with no brokers or auction middlemen — you avoid the 20–30% markup that typically inflates cross-border equipment purchases.
Our Pre-Purchase Inspection Service
Every machine we sell goes through a structured inspection process before it is listed or shipped. We evaluate the core systems that determine whether a unit is genuinely job-ready or a liability waiting to happen.
Our inspection covers engine performance and fluid analysis, hydraulic system pressure and leak testing, undercarriage or tire condition and remaining life, structural integrity of the boom, arm, bucket, or lifting components, cabin condition and control functionality, and a full operational test under load. After inspection, we compile a detailed condition report that includes high-resolution photos, a walk-around video, and a written summary of findings — all shared with you before you make a purchasing decision.
For buyers who prefer to see the machine in person, we welcome on-site visits to our yard in China. Our team will arrange transportation from the airport, translate during the inspection, and assist with any additional testing you want to perform. Many of our repeat customers started with a single visit and now order remotely with complete confidence in our reporting.

International Shipping & Logistics
Getting a 20-ton excavator or a truck crane from a Chinese port to your project site involves more than booking a container. Our logistics team manages every step of the international shipping process so the machine arrives on time, properly documented, and ready to clear customs at your end.
Our shipping services include container selection and loading optimization, lashing and securing to prevent transit damage, full customs export documentation, bill of lading and certificate of origin preparation, ocean freight booking to your designated port, and coordination with your local customs broker or forwarding agent upon arrival.
We ship regularly to major ports including Jakarta and Surabaya in Indonesia, Jebel Ali in the UAE, Djibouti, Mombasa, Santos and Paranaguá in Brazil, Callao in Peru, and Lagos in Nigeria. For destinations we haven't shipped to before, our freight partners cover virtually every commercial port worldwide.
For single-unit orders, we typically ship via flat rack or open-top container depending on machine dimensions. For multi-unit and bulk orders, we optimize container packing to reduce your per-unit freight cost — in many cases fitting two or more compact machines into a single 40-foot container.
After-Sale Support & Warranty
Buying used equipment from overseas can feel risky — which is why we back every transaction with support that extends well beyond the point of sale.
All machines sold through FairTrade Machinery come with a one-year warranty on core components, covering the engine, hydraulic pump, and main control valve. If a warranted component fails during the first year of operation, we work with you to arrange repair support or replacement parts at our cost.
Beyond the warranty, we maintain ongoing relationships with our buyers. Need a replacement part for a Komatsu PC200 you purchased six months ago? Our sourcing network can locate and ship genuine or OEM-equivalent parts directly to you. Looking to add another unit to your fleet? Returning customers receive priority access to new inventory and preferential pricing.
We also provide basic operator and maintenance guidance documentation with every shipment, covering recommended service intervals, fluid specifications, and common wear-part replacement schedules for the specific make and model you've purchased.
