Fault Description:
Turbocharger 1 speed - Data valid but below normal operational range - Moderately severe level. Low turbocharger speed detected by the ECM. / Turbocharger 1 speed - data valid but below the normal operating range (moderate severity level). The ECM detected that the turbocharger's rotational speed was too low
Fault Location:
Engine can run rough. Possibly poor starting capability. Engine runs using backup speed sensor. Engine power is reduced. The engine may be running unstably. There may be difficulty in starting. The engine will operate with a spare speed sensor. The engine power has decreased.
