Solution:
1. Check for open circuits or short circuits in the CN-369(#1)-CN-53(#08) lines 2. Check for open circuits or short circuits in the CN-369(#2)- fuse box (#19) circuit
Fault Description:
Install pressure sensors (HCESPN128 or 205) (Testing conditions When the boom descends, the pilot pressure is cut off and the solenoid valve is closed. For 10 seconds, the pilot pressure of the boom descends to cut off the solenoid valve drive unit, and the measured voltage is ≤3.0V (Conditions for termination When the boom descends, the pilot pressure is cut off and the solenoid valve is closed. For 3 seconds, the pilot pressure of the boom descends to cut off the solenoid valve drive unit, and the measured voltage is greater than 3.0V
Fault Location:
Control function - The floating control of the boom has failed
