This means the ECM (Engine Control Module) has detected that the current flowing through the 5-volt sensor supply circuit is higher than the acceptable threshold defined by Caterpillar's engineering standards.
This supply circuit powers multiple critical sensors simultaneously — including pressure sensors, position sensors, and temperature sensors.
