Engine speed limited to maximum enginespeed without VSS parameter value. Cruisecontrol, gear-down protection, and road speed9+H53overnor will not work. When the engine speed is limited to the maximum speed without the vehicle speed signal (VSS) parameter, the cruise control, downshift protection and travel speed adjustment functions will fail
