Built to dig, not to sit. This 2013 Sany 250H is a 25-tonne-class hydraulic excavator that came out of Sichuan already working hard, and it is priced and prepared to go straight onto a production site rather than into a yard.

Mass excavation: matched hydraulics and a heavy counterweight keep cycle times short when you are moving bulk dirt, trench spoil, or stockpile material all day.

Grading and trenching: responsive boom and arm control let an experienced operator hold grade, cut clean trench walls, and finish batter slopes without constant rework.

Demolition and site clearance: the undercarriage and structure handle the shock loading of breaking concrete, pulling footings, and loading debris into trucks.

Support work: lifting, pipe handling, and road-building prep where a 25-tonne machine gives you reach and stability without an oversized footprint.

Machine is available for inspection in Sichuan, with photos, undercarriage condition, and running reports supplied on request. We handle export documentation, container or flat-rack loading, and shipping to your port. Parts for the 250H series are widely stocked, so serviceability is not a concern. Ask for the full condition report and current availability before it moves to another buyer.

Sany 250H

Priced against a new 25-tonne crane, the QY25K5C makes the arithmetic straightforward: the same lifting capacity, the same five-section boom geometry, and a chassis proven on real pours — for a fraction of the capital outlay. What you avoid is the depreciation that hits the day a new machine leaves the dealer yard.

Performance where it matters on site:

25-tonne rated capacity with a five-section telescopic boom, handling erection, pour, and steel-setting work without oversizing the fleet

2012 build with a working history on Sichuan construction and infrastructure projects — loaded, not parked

Conventional hydraulics and mechanical layout: local parts sourcing, standard tooling, no dealer-locked diagnostics

XCMG K-series resale stays liquid, keeping your exit cost low when the job ends

Set the purchase saving against a full inspection, fresh filters and fluids, and a season of running costs, and the budget still lands well under new. Verify the paperwork, walk the boom and outriggers, then put a proven 25-tonner to work.

XCMG QY25K5C

Arriving from Sichuan with a documented working history, this 2017 XCMG XCT truck crane is configured for crews that need lifting capacity on site the same week the paperwork clears. No rebuild queue, no ocean freight, no commissioning delay — fuel it, inspect it, put it on the pad.

Duties this unit takes on without modification:

Demolition support — stripping structural steel, pulling columns, and lifting precast panels off congested urban lots.

Structural erection — setting beams, trusses, and tilt-up wall panels on low- and mid-rise builds.

Material handling — moving rebar bundles, pipe sections, and formwork across graded pads and yard stockpiles.

Plant placement — landing gensets, pumps, and crusher components during site setup or teardown.

XCMG builds the XCT carrier around a telescoping boom and a chassis narrow enough for congested access roads, with controls arranged for operators who want a predictable load chart instead of a guessing game. Undercarriage condition and inspection records are available on request. The machine sits in Sichuan now — request a walkaround video or book a viewing before committing capital.

XCMG XCT

Twenty-five tonnes of rated capacity rides on a chassis tuned for the person in the seat, not only for the load. Proportional pilot controls give swing, boom and winch functions a linear, predictable response, so micro-adjustments at height stay smooth instead of hunting. A wide outrigger footprint carries the load path well outboard, and the counterweight sits low over the rear axle — the machine stays planted whether the boom is short and steep or run out to full length with the jib fitted.

Cab mounted forward and right on the turret, with lower front glazing for a direct line to the hook and rigging.

Sloped, distortion-free windscreen and generous side glass — clear sightlines to the load at high boom angles and during travel.

Load moment indicator with overload cut-out positioned at the operator's right hand, so limits read before they are felt.

Outrigger controls and level indicators reachable from both sides, letting setup be checked on foot before a single lift begins.

Hydraulic suspension lockout and multi-plate braking keep road handling firm between jobs.

Inspected and held in Sichuan, ready for survey and load test.
