Epiroc PowerROC T25

Hydraulic output and engine selection define this drill rig's working character: a Cummins diesel drives a load-sensing circuit that holds rotation, feed and percussion pressure through the full stroke, so hole quality stays consistent as ground conditions shift from overburden to hard rock.

Hydraulic top-hammer drive with independent rotation and feed circuits for clean collaring and true hole alignment

Diesel power matched to the pump group for continuous duty at rated pressure without derating

Hole range from 90 mm to 130 mm, with rod handling sized to the mast and rotary head

Heavy-duty mast, boom and frame geometry built to absorb shock loads in DTH and rotary drilling

Integrated dust suppression and a stable carrier chassis for tramming across uneven benches

ZEGA builds the ZGYX-452 series around serviceability as well — grouped hydraulics, accessible filters, and steel that holds tolerance after years of production drilling. This 2024 unit is located in Shandong, China, and is available for inspection, with photographs and full condition records supplied on request. Suited to quarry development, foundation work and mine bench drilling.

ZEGA ZGYX‑452

Built to last is not a claim made in a brochure — it is what the SmartROC D65 proves on the bench. Epiroc engineered this surface top hammer drill rig around a rigid box-section chassis, a heavy-duty boom and proven hydraulic architecture: the kind of honest, over-built structure that holds tolerance season after season instead of demanding rebuilds.

This 2024 unit sits at the beginning of that service life, not the end of it. It continues a platform with a fleet-wide record operators already trust, and it is available from Shandong, China, for inspection and documentation review.

2024 Epiroc SmartROC D65 surface top hammer drill rig

Heavy-duty chassis and proven hydraulics sized for continuous production drilling

Proven workhorse across quarry, aggregate and construction benching

Located in Shandong, China — open to site inspection and paperwork checks

Epiroc SmartROC D65

Built to slot into an existing drilling program, not to reinvent one. This 2021 Epiroc PowerROC D45 is a crawler-mounted hydraulic top hammer rig for quarry benches, road cuts and foundation work — matched to the hole sizes and shift duty of the rigs already on your site, so operators need no retraining and your parts store already carries what it consumes.

Redundancy without a second platform: keep a proven standby unit ready instead of adding an unfamiliar machine to your service program.

Peak-shift coverage: absorbs overflow when the primary rig is down or a second face opens.

Utilization-based cost: deploy capital on your own contracts rather than paying spot rental rates for short-term capacity.

Shandong location: inspection, documentation and loading can be arranged from a major equipment and port hub.

Hours, service history and inspection reports available on request. Fair Trade Machinery supplies used drilling, earthmoving and lifting equipment to contractors worldwide.

Epiroc PowerROC D45

Skip the factory lead times. This 2012 Sandvik DP1100 surface drill rig is staged in Shandong, inspected and released for dispatch — it can be on your bench long before a new-build order clears the production queue.

Shandong is a logistics advantage, not a footnote. The machine sits within easy trucking distance of northern China's major load-out ports, so flat-rack or container loading is straightforward and transit times to projects across Asia, the Middle East and Africa stay short. Rig, documents and shipping paperwork move as one consolidated consignment, which means commissioning can start the week it lands on site.

Available now: no waiting on manufacturing slots, allocation lists or dealer quotas

Port-adjacent: direct road access to established export terminals for faster vessel booking

2012 build: a mature DP1100 platform with a documented working history and strong parts support

Fast deployment: one shipment, one customs file, minimal idle time between purchase and drilling

Idle rigs cost money and missed deadlines cost contracts. Send your site location and required delivery window, and we will confirm loading options and sailing schedules.

Sandvik DP1100

Drill where the ground is worst and the clock is still running. ZEGA's ZGYX-453T crawler rig is a 2024 build shaped around the person in the seat — the operator, not the spec sheet.

Stability under load: A wide, low-slung track frame and low-mounted carrier mass hold the mast planted through collar-to-collar drilling, so feed pressure goes into rock instead of into chassis flex.

Handling: Proportional joystick control keeps tramming, mast raise and feed on the same natural hand positions, letting the operator reposition on a rough bench without leaving the cab or reaching across the console.

Cabin visibility: Broad glazing with a low front sill line opens a clear sightline to the bit, the rod changer and both track edges — the view that matters when levelling on broken ground.

Shift-long comfort: Pressurised ROPS/FOPS-rated cab, collar dust suppression and service points grouped at ground level to cut downtime between holes.

Inspected, photographed and available ex-China. Request the full condition report and working video before you commit.

Priced well below a new unit, this 2023 ZEGA ZGYX-452 down-the-hole drill rig delivers full-scale production output without the depreciation penalty of factory-fresh iron. Track-mounted, self-propelled, and built for hard-rock conditions, it handles blast-hole drilling, quarry development, and water-well programs at cycle times buyers expect from a new machine — for a fraction of the outlay.

What makes it the smarter line item:

2023 build with documented operating history — not a rebuild or a re-power.

Capital saved here funds a second rig, a spare compressor, or a full consumables stock.

Proven DTH platform: onboard air, dust suppression, and widely stocked wear parts.

Strong ZEGA resale retention keeps your exit value firm when the job wraps.

Available now in Shandong, ready to mobilize on your schedule.

Inspection report and full spec sheet available on request. Serious buyers move first — this class of machine rarely sits long.

Need a second bench drilled without doubling your capex? A 2015 Epiroc PowerROC D55, currently located in Anhui, China, drops straight into an existing drilling spread — as a working spare or a straight capacity add. The tophammer crawler format matters here: your operators already know how to tram it, collar a hole, and keep it fed. No new training curve, no unfamiliar service procedures, no second consumables stream to stock.

Single-boom tophammer configuration built for quarry production and civil bench work

Crawler undercarriage for rough ground and short hauls between faces

Enclosed cab with dust suppression holds operator output through long shifts

Epiroc parts and service support reachable across the region

Available for inspection in Anhui; export and shipping quotes on request

For contractors already running Epiroc iron, fleet integration is the whole argument — same maintenance logic, same operator habits, same dealer. Hold it as your backup rig or send it straight to a second face. Either way, it earns from day one.

Epiroc PowerROC D55

Crawler-mounted and air-ready, the ZGYX‑452 from ZEGA slots into a working drill fleet without a learning curve. Built in 2025 and based in Hebei, China, this DTH rig handles 90–152 mm holes across quarry benches, foundation piling and aggregate production, the standard range contractors bid on every week. Dependable enough to run as a primary machine, and priced to make sense as the second one.

Adding a rig is cheaper than losing a shift. When the main machine goes down for service, or one job site demands faster turnover, a matched spare keeps the hammer drilling and the crew billing. Same class, same consumables, same operating logic as the rest of your line, so operators step on and go.

2025 build, low hours, ready to deploy

90–152 mm DTH range for quarry, mining and foundation work

Crawler undercarriage with onboard dust suppression

Straightforward service access, widely stocked consumables

Inspected, documented, shipping from Hebei on request
